I have been to El Paso four times in the last six months. This last time was for nearly a month. I have always booked this hotel even though its 20-30 minutes to where I needed to go, as the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff were so wonderful to me anytime I needed anything. Even when I asked for a deep clean of my room (including stripping the beds completely, replacing everything - comforter, sheet and mattress pad) This was during my extended stay. They ALWAYS had a smile on their face. It is also in a great location for restaurants that are in WALKING distance (a couple are 4-5 blocks away though, if you don't mind the longer walk) The front desk also tries to find the best rates for you as well when you check in. Although I don't anticipate returning to El Paso in the future. But, if I do, I can guarantee I will be booking reservations here, regardless of where my activities take me in the city.

Very pet friendly reliable consistent and clean low staff turnover. Staff is very efficient and nice. Quick to respond. I had a small issue with noice in heater and they fixed it quickly and had no other issues the rest of stay. It is also very quiet . Which is a big plus too I only stay here when I visit family quite alot. Housekeeping was good. Kept me in supplies.

Location was fantastic, so close to many shops and eateries. Room was a good size and pretty clean. House keeping was fantastic, lady was very nice and did a fantastic job. Pool was A++ we loved it and was a reason we stayed there. Breakfast was wonderful, yogurt, fruit, eagles, cupcakes, texas shaped waffles. Really really good

I've been staying here for over 2 yrs and never had any problems. Staff is always nice and accommodating. Never noisy and never any problems with other guests either. I've stayed there many times and always have a good review says something about the place.
